Webcreation is a web agency based in Ciriè (Turin), Italy. We started in 1999, when the web was made of HTML tables and 56K modems. Since then we've followed the evolution of digital: from the birth of CMS to the e-commerce boom, all the way to the integration of artificial intelligence in today's products.
We handle websites, e-commerce, AI, SEO, GEO, native apps and custom development. We follow projects from analysis to go-live and care for their maintenance over time. We work with clients in Italy and abroad.

Who develops

The relationship with the client passes directly through the people who work on the project, not through commercial intermediaries. For each request there's someone with a name and surname who takes charge, from the first call to the last deploy.
Federico Bianco, Webcreation founder in 1999, is still technical contact for projects. He has seen the web born and change face many times. The continuity of those who manage projects directly is one of the traits that distinguishes us.
We work with specialized collaborators for areas that require it: design, frontend development, marketing automation, content. Everything coordinated internally, always with a single contact for the client.

How the geography works
- Remote for most of the work: video calls, screen sharing, online project management. No quality loss vs. in-person.
- In-person within 40 km of Turin when a key project phase needs to close or a kick-off is needed. Ciriè-Turin centre: 30 minutes. Chieri, Carmagnola, Moncalieri, Ivrea: within 45 minutes.
- Outside area: online meetings or scheduled travel for larger projects.

Do you build custom websites?
Yes, every website is built tailored to client needs. We don't use pre-made templates: we start from project specs, brand, target audience. Custom WordPress theme, full-custom HTML or dedicated e-commerce platform, depending on the case.
How much does a website cost?
Cost depends on number of pages, design complexity and required features. A showcase website of 5-10 pages starts at €1,200, a complex corporate website around €5,000, a single landing page from €400. For an accurate estimate a free initial call is needed.
How much does an e-commerce cost?
An e-commerce Start (WooCommerce, Shopify or PrestaShop) starts at €1,950. Professional version €2,950 to €4,950, Top €4,950 to €9,900, Ultra for large catalogs and B2B on Magento from €9,900. Professional WooCommerce typically €3,000 to €7,000.
How long does it take to build a website?
A showcase website is delivered in maximum 5 days after receiving materials (texts, photos, logo). A complex corporate website 2-5 weeks. An e-commerce Start 1 week, Professional 1-3 weeks, Top 3-6 weeks, Ultra 5-15 weeks based on complexity.
Which e-commerce platforms do you work with?
We work mainly with WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop and Magento. The choice depends on the project: WooCommerce for flexibility and SEO, Shopify for ease of management, PrestaShop for complex catalogs, Magento for enterprise projects.
Do you support the website after launch?
Yes. Website maintenance is an important part of our work: security updates, backups, performance monitoring, code evolution, ongoing support. Many of our clients have been with us since 2002.
Can I edit website content myself?
Yes. Sites built on WordPress, WooCommerce, PrestaShop or Shopify have admin panels that let you manage pages, articles, products and images independently. We provide initial training to the client at go-live.
Do you only work in Italy or also abroad?
Headquarters in Ciriè (Turin), Italy, but we work with clients throughout Italy and abroad. In-person meetings for the Turin area, online calls for remote projects.
Do you charge by the hour or per project?
For new projects we work on a fixed-fee basis, with structured quote and defined milestones. For maintenance, evolutions and interventions on existing projects we apply prepaid hour packages: 5 hours €350, 10 hours €600, 20 hours €1,100. Night work at doubled rate.
