In short
Fixed-price website quotes,
written before we start
The Webcreation website quote is a fixed price, that is one price for the whole job, set before we start. A landing page starts at €500, a brochure website at €900, a corporate website at €2,500, a custom project at €7,000 and an e-commerce site at €1,950. For the exact figure we need a call of about 10 minutes and the information in the list below, and we usually reply within 1 business day.
This page is for anyone who wants a quote for a new website, an e-commerce site or the rebuild of a site they already have. If instead you are still trying to understand the figures in general, what drives the cost up and which expenses come later, start from the guide on how much a website costs and come back here when your ideas are clearer. The quote is prepared and personally signed by Federico Bianco, who then also follows the work.

Besides development, the fixed costs to budget for are the yearly renewal of domain and hosting, maintenance and the licenses of any paid plugins or software.
These are indicative prices; every project is different and the final price is set after we have scoped it together. In the brochure website, hosting and maintenance are included for the first 12 months. For urgent issues on existing sites we are available from 7 AM to 11 PM, holidays included.
Looking for more detail on what each range includes? See the pages on website development and e-commerce development, and for monthly fees the page on website maintenance. If you already have a site and only need some work done, the hour packages are those of WordPress support, while to rebuild it from scratch see the website redesign.
What it depends on
What drives up the price
in the quote
Within each range the price moves according to what the site has to do. These are the factors that weigh the most.
- The material. For a brochure website it matters a lot to have copy, photos and logo ready, because the work goes faster.
- The type of page. A static landing page costs less than a dynamic one with forms, integrations and A/B tests.
- Custom features, such as private areas, configurators, management tools and dashboards.
- Integrations with management software or ERP, CRM and other systems.
- Languages and currencies. A multilingual or multi-currency site requires more translation, structure and testing work.
- For an e-commerce site, product variants (sizes, colors, configurations), payment methods, couriers, the B2B side with customer-specific price lists, and marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay.
- Tracking for advertising campaigns, especially server-side.
- Migration from an existing site or platform, with redirects so you do not lose your rankings.
The number of products alone does not determine the range. A thousand products without variants or integrations can cost less than three hundred products with a configurator and management software. That is why a serious e-commerce quote starts from questions, not from a number.
In the quote for a WordPress website, the theme also counts, whether custom-written or bought and adapted, and so do paid plugins, which often have a license to renew every year. A custom theme costs more at the start, but it keeps the site light and does not depend on the updates of whoever made the template.

What to send us
for an exact quote
You do not need a formal document. A few lines on these points are enough, even jotted down quickly in the form or the chat.
- What you want to achieve, whether to be found, sell online, collect leads or manage a service.
- Whether you are starting from scratch or already have a site, and in that case its address.
- The number of pages you have in mind, or the number of products and whether they have variants.
- Which features you need, such as bookings, a private area, customer price lists or a configurator.
- Which systems it has to talk to, such as management software, invoicing, couriers, marketplaces or CRM.
- How you want customers to pay you, if you sell online.
- Which languages the site must be in.
- What material you already have, among copy, photos, logo and a catalog in a file.
- When you need it online.
- One or two sites you like, even from other industries.
- If you like, the budget you have in mind. It helps us propose the right solution; it is not there to make you spend more.
Online stores
Quote for an
e-commerce website
A serious e-commerce quote needs a little more information, because the price depends on how the store works and not just on how many products it has. There are four ranges, Start from €1,950, Professional from €2,950, Top from €4,950 and Ultra from €9,900. To understand which one your project falls into, add these points to your request.
- How many products, how many variants per product (sizes, colors, measurements) and whether you already have a catalog in a file.
- Whether the store has to talk to your management software, for stock, prices and orders.
- Which payment methods you want to offer and which couriers you ship with.
- Whether you also sell to businesses, with customer-specific price lists.
- Whether you also want to sell on marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay.
- Which countries you sell to, with which languages and currencies.
- Whether you are starting from scratch or migrating from another platform, and which one.
We work with WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop and Magento, and we recommend the platform after understanding the project, not before. The details of each range are on the e-commerce development page.
The document
The items in a quote
for a website
A quote is not a figure at the bottom of an email. It is a document that describes the work item by item, so you know exactly what you are buying and can compare it with other offers. These are the items to look for, in ours as in anyone else's.
- The price, fixed for the whole job or hourly, and in that case with an estimate of the total.
- Analysis and structure, that is which pages will be built and for which searches by your customers.
- The design, whether it is drawn around your brand or adapted from a ready-made template.
- Development, with the chosen platform, features, forms and languages.
- Content, that is who writes the copy, who supplies the photos and who adds them to the site.
- Basic technical SEO, with titles, descriptions, speed and, if you are rebuilding an existing site, redirects from the old addresses.
- Privacy and cookies, with the privacy notice and the consent banner.
- Domain and hosting, how much they cost, when payment starts and in whose name they are registered.
- Maintenance and support after launch, whether they are included and for how long.
- Delivery times and when they start.
- Payment terms.
- What is excluded, written clearly.
In our quote you will always find the fixed price, the list of what is included in terms of pages, features, languages and platform, whether hosting and maintenance are included and for how long, delivery times and payment terms, in installments with no interest or in advance with a 10% discount above €3,000.
If you are collecting several website quotes from different suppliers, send them all the same project description, otherwise you will be comparing different jobs. In the guide on how much a website costs you will also find the hidden costs to clarify before choosing.

about website quotes
How much can a website cost?
With us a landing page starts at €500, a brochure website at €900, a corporate website at €2,500, a custom project at €7,000 and an e-commerce site at €1,950. Within each range the price depends on pages, features, integrations, languages and what material you already have. We write the exact figure in the quote, as a fixed price.
What items should a website quote include?
The price, the list of what is included in terms of pages, features, languages and platform, who supplies copy and photos, the timeline and when it starts, domain, hosting and maintenance, payment terms and what is excluded. It must also say in whose name the domain and the site remain registered. Without these items two quotes cannot be compared.
What fixed costs should I budget for?
Domain and hosting renew every year, maintenance is usually paid as a monthly fee, and on top of these come the licenses of any paid plugins or software. In our brochure website, hosting and maintenance are included for the first 12 months. After that, maintenance costs €190 per month for WordPress and €290 per month for WooCommerce.

The price range and the included items change. A WordPress brochure website starts at €900, up to 20 pages with hosting and maintenance for 12 months, a corporate website at €2,500, and the redesign of an existing WordPress site at €1,500. In the quote you will find the fixed figure and the list of what is included.

That is why the quote for an e-commerce website comes after a phone call of about 10 minutes.
How long does it take to get the quote?

Can the price change after the quote?
